How do I enter a giveaway?
Submit your email on the FanCity homepage. We’ll email you the current site password. Unlock the site, choose any live giveaway, fill the short entry form (name + email), and hit Submit.
Do I need an account or login?
Nope. The rotating password is the only gate. Each entry form stands alone—no username or password to remember.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Come back any day, re-enter the password, open each giveaway’s form, and submit again for an extra entry.
Does it cost anything to enter?
Never. All FanCity giveaways are 100 % free—no shipping tricks, no purchase required.
Who can enter?
Legal U.S. residents 18 + (or age of majority in your state). International drops are coming—stay tuned.
How are winners picked?
We use a third-party random-draw tool—secure, unbiased, and audit-ready.

How many entries can I stack?
Unlimited. Every daily form submission adds one extra “ticket” to each giveaway you enter.
Do my odds improve with more entries?
Each eligible entry gives you one additional chance to be selected in the random drawing; every entry is treated equally under the Official Rules. Submitting more entries increases the total number of chances you have, but it does not guarantee that you will be chosen as a winner.
Any way to speed up the form?
Enable your browser’s autofill—name and email will pre-populate, so it’s a two-click routine: open form → submit.

How will I know if I win?
We email winners within 48 h of the draw and announce handles on our socials. Add hello@fancity.com to contacts.
Do I pay taxes on prizes?
Only if total prize value you win in a calendar year exceeds $600 (IRS rule). If that happens, we’ll request a W-9.
How fast do prizes ship?
Most prizes leave partner warehouses within 7–10 business days after winner confirmation. Tracking info is emailed.

Why do I need a password to visit the site?
FanCity is members-only. Enter your email, get the current password, and you’re in. Passwords rotate every couple weeks to keep access exclusive.

Absolutely—spirited banter is part of sports culture. Keep it respectful: no hate speech, personal attacks, or spam. Violations may lead to comment removal or account suspension under our Community Guidelines.
How can I suggest a prize or brand?
We love crowd-sourced ideas. Visit our new Prize Recommendations page to submit products, teams, or brands you’d like to see. You can also DM @FanCityOfficial on Instagram or TikTok. Fan-requested prizes are reviewed each month and often make it into future drops.

How do you prevent fake entries or bots?
Our third-party has fraud filters plus manual audits flag suspicious accounts. Duplicate or bot entries are removed before winners are drawn.

Emails aren’t arriving.
Check spam/promotions and whitelist FanCity. In Gmail, drag a FanCity email into your Primary tab to train the filter.
